CSSI prepared an initial cost seg study on the 400+ unit apartment complex in the Galleria area that was undergoing a complete renovation  program.   The initial cost segregation study resulted in cash tax benefits of over $200,000 for the first two years.   A supplemental study was performed on the $2,000,000 renovation costs that included partial disposition benefits resulting in additional cash tax benefits for the owners of over $200,000 in the following year.
